Hello valued wood burners! Current delivery lead times are running in the 3-5 business day range. If you need your order sooner please make a note on your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Also, please note that standard delivery is for our team to drop your order off in your driveway or truck accessible area. We apologize that we are currently unable to offer stacking services.

Firewood Moisture & Burning Policy

All of our firewood is properly seasoned before delivery. Moisture content can vary slightly by species, piece size, and weather conditions.

Please note:

• Firewood can absorb surface moisture from rain, snow, humidity, or winter air after delivery

• Hissing or steaming usually means surface moisture, not unseasoned wood

• For best results, we recommend storing firewood off the ground, covered on top, and with open sides

• Bringing a small amount indoors 24–48 hours before burning can significantly improve performance

Because firewood is a natural product and storage conditions are beyond our control after delivery, burn quality can vary.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review and address it promptly.
